The Company, established by Vincenzo Prono, starts its activity in 1895 with its first public work carried out on behalf of the State Railways and whose certificate of good execution dated 1897 is still retained.

With the entry into the Company of Vincenzo’s son, Paolo, the business developed considerably, and important work were carried out, such as the construction of part of the Fiat Mirafiori plant and several blocks of Via Roma Nuova in Turin and the Richard Ginori plant in Sesto Fiorentino.

With the entry of Paolo’s sons the Company expanded in Italy and abroad, carrying out significant projects in Africa, such as the urban development of Tema in Ghana, the Kano -Kaduna highway and the Third Mainland Bridge on Lagos Island in Nigeria.

With the entry of the fourth generation the expansion extended to France and Canada, and currently, with the arrival of the fifth generation, the focus is mainly on Real Estate Development in Italy, Romania and France.
