The Pianezza real estate project involves the demolition of an old condominium and the construction of two new residential buildings.

The first condominium, located at Via Soffietti 9, consists of four above-ground floors, while the second, at Via Gramsci 31, is developed over three above-ground floors. Additionally, underground parking spaces have been planned for both buildings, enhancing parking availability for future residents.

The project also includes the construction of a new road and an improved municipal traffic system, connecting Via Soffietti to Via Gramsci, significantly enhancing the area’s accessibility.
